Delete Account

If you want to delete your Count Wise account, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Email us at countwise.ai@gmail.com using your registered email address and include the subject line “Delete my account”.

What we delete

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, hostel/college details).
• Your login credentials and authentication tokens.
• Your device push notification tokens.

What we retain

• Minimal audit logs and aggregated analytics that do not identify you directly.
• Records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Retention period

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. Some records may be retained for up to 30 days to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
