The App and its content, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by Count Wise or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation to you.
The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., push notifications, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Count Wise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
